Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients choose to go about their day while I clean. You’re welcome to stay home if you prefer — whatever makes you most comfortable. If you won’t be home, just let me know how you’d like me to access the home (door code, key, garage keypad, etc.).
What should I do to prepare before you arrive?
A quick tidy helps me focus on the actual cleaning. Picking up clothes, toys, or personal items is appreciated, but not required. If you have specific priorities, feel free to leave a note or send them ahead of time.
Are you okay with pets?
Yes — I love pets! If your pets are friendly and comfortable with visitors, they can absolutely stay out. If they’re nervous, protective, or prone to escaping, it’s best to secure them in a separate room or crate for everyone’s safety.
What cleaning products do you use?
I bring high‑quality, effective cleaning products that are safe for homes and families. If you are sensitive to or would like me to avoid using certain products, just let me know — I’m happy to accommodate. If you’d like me to use your personal products, I can do that too.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. I bring all cleaning supplies and tools needed for the job. If you prefer I use your vacuum or mop, just let me know.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on the size of your home and the type of service. Standard cleans are usually quicker, while deep cleans take more time due to the extra detail work. I’ll give you a time estimate before your appointment.
What’s the difference between a Standard Clean and a Deep Clean?
A Standard Clean covers the essential upkeep of your home — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and general tidying.
A Deep Clean includes everything in a Standard Clean plus detailed work like baseboards, doors, trim, vents, and extra scrubbing in kitchens and bathrooms.
Do you clean inside appliances or cabinets?
Yes — these are available as add‑on services. Inside of your refrigerator, inside oven, and inside cabinets can be added to any cleaning appointment.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. I just ask for notice as soon as possible so I can adjust my schedule. If you need to reschedule, I’ll work with you to find the next available time.
Do you offer recurring cleanings?
Yes — weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings are available. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling.
What should I do with fragile or valuable items?
Your home is full of things that matter to you, and I want to treat them with care. If you have items that are especially delicate or meaningful, I recommend placing them in a safe spot before your cleaning. It gives both of us peace of mind.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the end of the cleaning. I accept cash, check, and digital payments.
Do you offer move‑in or move‑out cleaning?
Yes. These are more detailed, empty‑home cleanings that include inside cabinets, drawers, and full home detailing.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your happiness matters! If something was missed, please reach within 24 hours so we can address.
